- Enrollment - Employees scan cards to immediately create active accounts using a terminal application, which immediately activates the card for use. Customer enrollment forms have an attached players card; the application and the card have identical barcodes.
- Updates and Edits - Employees can easily update and add customer information to active accounts. Specifically, they can update names, addresses and information that might be pertinent to a players rewards campaign or promotional incentives.
- Promotional Activity - Operators can enter specified gaming combinations on a video poker slot machine, scan players cards and provide information for specific promotions. These updates can be handled manually or they can be made online based on administrator preference. A wide array of promotions can be automated quickly, easily and efficiently.
- Redeem Promotional Rewards - Employees can access information and process reward redemptions at POS terminals in real time.
- Players Card Adjustment - In the event of a players card error, managers with appropriate user privileges can adjust promotional balances. All adjustments are logged into central database for administrator review.
- Account Look-up - The PlayerLinx System provides easy access to account information. Employees can search the database by customer information to replace a lost card, update promotional information or redeem rewards. Information can be merged from the lost card to the new card, and players accounts are updated at the POS terminal.
- View and Print History - Users with appropriate privileges can view and print a customers promotion activity history for up to 25 prior transactions.
